Format:
15mins warm up
15 mins hitting practice
1hr 30mins Doubles & mixed games selected by Club Co-ordinator with advice on tactices & shot selection for better match play.

Followed by a 4 week break from
August 3rd - August 24th inclusive - Happy Hols

Three pre-season Training Sessions

1. Tuesday August 31st
2. Tuesday September 7th
3. Tuesday September 14th
Fee: £15 per player to be paid in full by August 31st 2010

Format:
Two hours training to prepare for the season ahead and the forthcoming trials (date tbc)
